Where to get help in your darkest hour

You aren't alone, everyone can struggle, and the world is aware of the struggles you can encounter, you aren't alone, and we are here to help.

If you's or someone else's life is at risk please call 999 immediately, your life is worth it and you won't be judged on your struggles.

Samaritans:

You can talk to them about anything that is upsetting you, they are open 24/7/365, you can call for free on 116 123, you can email at jo@samaritans.org or even visit their branches in person.

 

SANEline:

If you are experiencing a mental health problem or helping someone else you can call SANEline on 0300 304 7000 (4.30pm-10pm everyday)

 

National Suicide Prevention Helpline UK:

If you are heving thoughts on suicide or someone you know is, this helpline is here to offer a supportive listening serve, you can call national suicide prevention helpline UK on 0800 689 5652 (6pm to midnight everyday)

 

Campaign Against Living Misrtably (CALM):

You can call CALM on 0800 58 58 58 (5pm to midnight everyday) they also have a webchat service if you are too scared to talk on the phone.

 

Shout:

Shout is here to offer you mental health support, you can text SHOUT to 85258 to get text support.

 

Papyrus HOPELINEUK:

If you're under 35 and struggling with suicidal feelings, or concerned about someone who may be struggling, you can call Papyrus HOPELINEUK on 0800 068 4141 (24/7/365), you can also email them at pat@papyrus-uk.org or text 07786 209 697.

Nightline:

If you're a student, you can look on the Nightline website to see if your Uni or College offers a night-time listening service. All phone operators are students as well!

 

Switchboard:

If you identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender, you can call switchboard on 0300 330 0630 (10am- 10pm everyday, email chris@switchboard.lgbt or use their webchat service. All phone operators all identify as LGBTQIA+.

 

C.A.L.L:

If you live in Wales, you can call The Community Adive & Listening Line (C.A.L.L) on 0800 132 737 (open 24/7) or you can text 'help' followed by a question to 81066.
